Education: Associates degree or relevant post-secondary training.
Experience: Three to five years related office experience/management.
Skills: Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in Excel, Word and Power point and efficient office procedures. Ability to operate standard office equipment, analyze processes and procedures, carry out instructions without supervision, handle sensitive issues with confidentiality, multi-task projects with varying deadlines, supervise and direct clerical/office assistants. Must possess excellent communication skills, advanced grammar and punctuation and attention to detail.

Primary Duties: Provide administrative support to Campus President and Enrollment Management.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare presentation materials
- Create and prepare various internal and external reports and correspondence
- Maintain admissions files, records and reports
- Assist with the preparation for Open Houses, Orientations, Career Awareness Days, and other special events
- Book travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Supervise office assistants, clerical assistants and work study
- Prepare background checks on MA and CJ applicants
- Conduct performance planning and review for direct reports
- Assist with Human Resources functions as needed
- Back up for Receptionist/Front Desk as needed
- Assigned duties that are requested by the Campus President
